Yes, these are what my son uses for propane glassblowing.
My hoses aren't sure what size they are, but the couplings are 9/16. This will work if your air and gas lines are similar to the air and gas lines found in 90% of light service equipment.

Connects two lines of oxygen acetylene, one of which has a reverse thread.
Simply screw them into the hose and connect a second hose. The only disadvantage is that when you're finished, you'll lose a little more gas and relieve the pressure on the hoses. The solution is simple and inexpensive.
I own and operate a roadside assistance vehicle. I can reach everything I need with all my hoses for 9% of my day. However, there will be times when you simply cannot park close enough and will require a hose extension. These are ideal for the job.
I used it to extend the hose on my oxy/acetylene torch. No leaks.
These were used to extend the oxygen and acetylene hoses. There were no leaks and they fit perfectly.
As stated, it is effective. Remember that there is left and right gas as well as oxygen,lol.
This was added to the torch to make it longer.
