Folds on the papers were creased and part of them were shrunk

I received my package with the bags folded, creased, curshed and partially shrinking from having been exposed to extreme heat. In spite of this, I still use them because I was desperate for the product at the time. With the shrunken area, it is difficult to fit items through. It is likely that if I hadn't received damaged bags, they would have been perfect.
