Bags like these should not be used to store
I used them for an envelope and a greeting card (printed on cardstock). Accordingly, if you're talking about standard photos, they'll probably be able to hold three or four.
A product with a more complete seal would be more appealing to me. Rather than a zip seal, this is a flap that folds over. They aren't designed to be stored for a long time. Archival supplies may be of interest.

It was a huge disappointment for me last time. Even though the description states that it is 5 1/4" x 7 1/8", it actually does not match that size. I was not pleased with the size of the card at all. It measured exactly 5"x7", which resulted in a complete waste because the accompanying envelope could not fit within the cellophane.
