Do you get everything you need with it?

Here we are only looking at the box. Inclusion of the float(s) is not possible. In order to purchase this item, I only needed the box. Thanks for your help.

The type of screws used to hold the cover in place. Do they not look like Phillips?

There is definitely a Phillips screw on mine, it is two years old. Most likely, they have switched to a different torch head type.

I feel like I've got a great deal on it, considering the price. During the warning, the red warning light and loud buzzer are on. Is exactly what I expected.
