The bare concrete flooring will it work?

Yes, I do! There weren't any issues with it on both bare concrete floors and a retail environment!

What kind of adhesion will it have on the ?

The sidewalk will not be pebbly or bumpy, so I believe it will work. You can just use normal concrete for this project. Taking the wheel assembly down a step in a fire department garage made it easier to use. The floor was made of cement.

What about my car? Can I stick this to it? Are the stickers going to last through car washes and can they be removed in the future?

In my case, I used it for the A few days after applying it, I was glad to see that it adhered well to some posts. The area I marked out for pedestrian traffic is off-limits to them. Following the installation, I simply removed the tape from the posts and did not clean them afterwards.

There's no telling how they got here, but this is how they got there. Besides, you will find this tape less effective as floor marking tape if you intend to actually use it that way. For what I need it for (Halloween decor), it would work for me, but I could never see it being used for what it was intended for.
