The metal sheet has a vinyl sticker over it literally, it is a thin gauge aluminum sheet. The fading has already begun after a few weeks of being outside, even in direct sun.

To mount the brackets to the chain link fence, I just used two U-shaped brackets from Home Depot.

Over an aluminum plate, a plastic adhesive sticker is applied. The plastic covering the plate is peeling and bubbles exist between it and the plate. If you want to spend money wisely, there are better options.
