Installing the mirror was easy, and it appears to be sturdy enough for the mountain road on which it was installed. It was the packaging of the shipments that caused us a problem. One of the flaps on the box was just stapled together, so the staples loosen during the shipping process, and the box is open from the front. (Someone somewhere added some tape to reseal it with) The bottom flap was loose and had gaps in it, though it still was connected together. There was only a mirror, and we didn't have the mounting bracket in the box. It was impossible to attach the mirror mount to the mounting bracket because there was no nut. There were no instructions in the box, nor mounting hardware to attach it to a post, tree, etc. Not sure if there were to be any in the box. Thanks to some extra hard ware in the shop, the bolts fit easily, and bolts were available to attach it to the tree. This spare part did not need to be delivered 40 miles round trip since it was close to the location I was staying. It is the shipper's responsibility to address this issue.
