I purchased this for use in the office, and I'm pleased with it. While i recommend you break in the flags, I found that it was very stiff when it came to I found using the flags easier after a few rounds of moving each flag from left to right. Despite being provided with wall anchors, the ones provided are way too weak, so I ended up using my own since it was more durable. I am, however, very satisfied with all other aspects of this project.
