I didn't use sand because the rubber base is heavy (a couple of pounds), so once I set them up, they stayed put even after being bumped by cars for days.
The weights appear to be incorrectly set by Amazon. Yes, there are two of these. It should weigh around 25 pounds in total.

To be able to attach to the loops on the top, I purchased very thin/light plastic chain. Because the pole's base has no lip and no way to keep it secure, it bends over inside the base with the slightest weight. The product could be used as a stand alone device, but is 100% useless if you want to string anything between the poles. I recently received a new set from Amazon that has a much larger lip, 3 more pounds in the base, and can easily support the 25' of plastic chain.
I usually use a tennis ball on a string to help me gauge getting my car into the garage, but my new house's garage had 15' ceilings, so I had to come up with a new method. I placed an order for these, and they arrived quickly and function perfectly. They are light in weight, making it simple for me to place them. Each one is broken down into two parts. It's an orange "cone" with a square rubber base that stands tall. It's as simple as that. The base simply slides over the "cone. " It's tall enough that I can easily see it from the front of my SUV. Because the cone is hollow, I'm confident that it will cause no damage to my vehicle. It does have some give, so I hit it when I pull in to make sure my car is in the garage, but it stays upright and causes no damage to my vehicle. Because I'm only using these indoors, I can't comment on how they'd work outside. They were the ideal solution for me, and I was extremely pleased with their performance.
When I receive a product that appears to be similar to this. It always makes me wonder about the person who did the shoddy work on the other end. Alternatively, the quality control department (if there is one) of the company. People, please don't be so cynical! Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes This is brand new in the box!.
He came within a whisker of hitting it three times. I put these in front of the new car, and now when he backs into the driveway, he notices them and comes to a halt. They are very sturdy and do not topple over in high winds.
Very frail, and quickly collapsed. For us, it is pointless and a waste of money. If you only need cones for vision, they might work for you. I'd suggest you keep looking if they'll be handled at all or if they'll be bumped or hit by a car.
These are made of very sturdy, thick plastic and have a thick, wide rubber base that keeps them upright and in place. Even in strong winds, they stay put.
I'm using them to help me park my two-wheeled vehicle. garage for automobiles They're sturdy enough that when we park, we run into them and have to back up to get the cars into the proper spot. Because of the solid foundation, they have never fallen over or moved. I've had them for a couple of months and they're fantastic.
What's great about these is that the base is quite heavy, but the orange tubes are not. We use them to teach students driving skills so that the car is not damaged if they collide with them. Thank you so much! At the very least, not like the metal pole we had previously. The only issue is that other drivers who are practicing believe they are part of the driving license center and become enraged when we remove them. I require a GIANT sticker bearing our company's name. Alternatively, you could use a different color.
