Are these reusable, or will baking on them more than once cause them to melt or stick?

Unless the items leave a small mark, they aren't really reusable. They don't melt or stick the first time you use them, but you should only use them once (I used them for very greasy items and threw them out after one use). A second use, I'm guessing, would have no effect on the situation.

Is there bacon in the oven?

Hello, you can bake bacon with our liners as long as the temperature does not exceed 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Are they free of BPA and other potentially harmful chemicals?

Yes, the liners do not contain BPA.

I've had these on my hotdog cart for over three years and they're great. Just remember that you can't use them over direct heat; only steam tables will work.

These liners are heat resistant. br>br> There are no holes or parts that have been burned. It's simple to clean; simply remove and discard. Because of the simple cleanup, we've already saved a lot of time. I would highly recommend these to any home cook, caterer, concession stand owner, or anyone who uses a roaster.

These are fantastic, I assure you. It's simple to clean up afterward. When I don't have to worry about cleaning up, it makes cooking so much more enjoyable. You'd be surprised at how many things you'll find yourself using these for.

They're fantastic - I cook in a nursing home and have used them for over ten years - they provide excellent food quality and are simple to clean. The steam table's quality is excellent.
