I bought these almost a year ago, but if my memory serves me correctly, there were 25 of them. I'd say at least 20, but I'm pretty sure it's closer to 25. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, for the purpose of munching. For a birthday party, I used them as favor bags.

They're fantastic, whether you're using them for real or as a re-use item. Halloween decorations that can be sealed, goodie bags, and so on. They're cool, and I like to use them at birthday parties.
I've tried a lot of biohazard bags, and these are among the best. It's a great deal and it's well-made. It is not suitable for sharp objects such as broken bones or teeth, but it does a good job of encapsulating gelatinous or fatty substances.
While I cannot claim to have used real body parts, I did use prop body parts and blood. They didn't leak, and the ink didn't fade or run off even though they were exposed to the elements. They're fantastic! It's ideal for use in a haunted house or for everyday storage. They are a good size and have a good zip closure.
These were purchased to transport Halloween treats. However, I was taken aback when I discovered they were considerably larger than I had anticipated. I was under the impression that these were about the size of a sandwich, but they're at least twice as big. I believe they are intended to be used to make a goodie bag with a variety of small items rather than for a single use. But, in any case, I'm very pleased with them. I also like the front-of-the-house biohazard log. It's more enjoyable to work with.
These will be used as trick-or-treat bags for Halloween. They're about the size of a gallon, which I should have double-checked. They have a "Pocket" on the outside of the bag that would be useful for storing items (but it does not close or seal). I'm going for a Mad Scientist theme, so I think it'll be perfect.
I bought these for my son's birthday party as favor bags. They're tough bags that were well received. Many parents inquired as to where I purchased them, and were pleasantly surprised to learn how simple they are to obtain at a reasonable price!.
When I need to deliver a Specimen Cup to my doctor's office, this tool comes in handy.
