It does a fantastic job of removing dog hair from the bottoms of your shoes. The dogs can walk right across it without getting their paws hurt or sticking in the least, and once the adhesive has gathered too much, you can easily move on to the next piece. This is a great product that I bought in part for this purpose.
Yes, our wiener dog walks on them all the time in the garage without causing any problems.
The mat layers should be changed at the appropriate frequency depending on the following factors to ensure the best performance of Valutek adhesive mats: The number of operators, the number of "passes" (1 person walking across a mat once, with each foot making full contact with the mat once), the environment class, and the amount of particulates captured are all factors to consider. After every 50 passes, Valutek recommends changing the mat layer.
It is necessary for the surface to be dry in order for the glue to stick.

For the money, this is actually quite good quality. Our firm goes through six different phases. Autoship was a no-brainer for me because I order 8 boxes of these every month. We used to use clear/white ones, but it was difficult to tell how much dirt was on them, so foot prints appeared on the floor before the next layer was peeled away. Do yourself a favor and only buy this in blue; it's much easier to tell when a new sheet is needed. I strongly advise it.
These are large sticky pads that collect all the dirt and debris from beneath your shoes. I purchased these sticky mats to use as entrance mats for my rental units, and they have exceeded my expectations! They are incredibly simple to set up and perform exactly as they should. The amount of dirt and particles this mat collects on a daily basis astounds me. If cleanliness is a major concern for you as an airbnb host, this is a must-have rental item. For each check-in, rip a new mat from the floor. after check-in, toss out out. These are made for industrial and commercial use. br>br>Here are a few reasons why I like them so much, not just for my rentals but also for my own home: br>Easy to installbr>Firmly sticks to the floorbr>Traps dirt from shoes and pet paws before entering the housebr>Traps little bugs and insects, preventing them from entering the housebr>Works really well for cleaning the tires of wheelchairsbr>Overall, it just helps to keep our carpet and hardwood floors cleanerbr>br>If you've ever wondered how much dirt you're bringing into your home every time br>br>I'll buy more before I run out because it's worth it to keep the inside of the house clean without thinking about it. DON'T DO WHAT MY DEAR HUSBAND DID AND PULL OFF THE LAYER THAT STICKS IT TO THE FLOOR (AND WITH IT THE FIRST LAYER OF STICKY MATS), SO DON'T DO THAT. It's a real bummer. To find the right layer to peel, look at the one corner with the numbers. They work great if you don't jack them up like we did (they come in a four pack, so the other three are still good). I despise vacuuming my stairs, and we have all hard floors, so tracking things up and down is a breeze. I have one at the bottom of the stairs, and it greatly reduces the amount of time I spend cleaning them. Perfect use, I believe, would produce perfect results, but we are still a long way from that. My toddler does not become stuck to them like a sticky trap, and large pieces can be vacuumed away. Because they are so thin, you must use the numbered corner to peel off a layer (and make sure you read the numbers). Until I double-check the numbers, I usually grab two at a time). The white color is less obnoxious than the blue, and given how frequently my husband and toddler enter and exit the house, I've had no trouble determining when it needs to be peeled. Under our conditions, each sheet lasts nearly a week, making it very cost-effective.
Pads for sheets The only disadvantage is that they are exactly as blue as the photo depicts. Blue is not a good color for a home. I could leave this out on a section of my floor all the time if the manufacturer made a beige version. br>br>As anyone who has used a power wheelchair or, to a lesser extent, a manual wheelchair knows, the tires from these devices leave a mess on hard floor surfaces (like linoleum in a kitchen). even if they're only used in the house. Every speck of dirt is picked up by the tires and dumped on the ground. You must clean your floors on a regular basis or the grime will reappear. After about a week, it develops. Now that I have these, I can store the pad in a closet, put it down whenever I want (daily), and clean the tires in about three minutes to prevent the build-up of debris. The time between floor cleanings should be significantly increased as a result of this. br>br>They may appear pricey, but you get a total of 120 sheets (they come in 30 sheet pads). One sheet should last at least a week after your first cleaning before needing to be replaced. use. As a result, you can expect this purchase to last approximately two years. I looked all over the Internet for a cleaning solution for wheelchair tires but couldn't find anything useful other than spending hundreds of dollars on special machines or getting down on the floor and cleaning them myself with a bucket and brush, which only works for a short time before they become dirty again.
I used these sheets to clean dirt and debris off of my shoes in the garage and yard, but I had to cut each pad in half because the size as delivered was too big for the space. Instead of using the frame, I simply taped a piece of cardboard from a shopping carton to the tile floor to mount the pad. These will be reordered without a doubt.
with the exception of the most recent shipment. It's a lot less sticky now than it was before, and I have to change the sheets a lot more frequently. I'm going to send the company a negative email. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch. I'm going to give them one more shot.
You can find sheet 4 in the box, though it doesn't appear to be there. It comes with instructions that always remind you to peel the bottom layer and to avoid peeling off the very first/last sheet because it will not stick to the ground otherwise. I work in the auto body industry and despise cleaning up after the guys, so anything that makes my job easier is welcome. The bay's dust and dirt track into the house. Now, with these mats, everything is so much easier. You can tell how much is stuck in the mat after half a day. I have them near both doors, and I have yet to clean the floors. Peel off the sheets as you would a sticker, making sure to see the corresponding number on the previous sheet. 30 to 1 is the number. If the floor isn't clean before you apply it, it might have a hard time sticking. I'm going to buy more!.
