The reason for not doing so is unclear to me. In spite of this, they absorb liquids but do not eliminate odor. In the event of being left in the crate for too long, you may suffer from an odor problem.

These things are very dear to me. It seems that they are most often used for oil spills in garages and stuff, but I use this product for You can easily clean up spilled liquids with it. It needs only three to four of these bad boys to absorb an enormous leak (say five gallons or so). The only thing to remember is to pick them up after they have absorbed all the solvent if you use them to clean up polar solvents (alcohols, alkylhalides, ethers, esters, ets). The solvent causes the pads to stick to the floor once they are dry, and it is a little difficult to remove the pads from the floor once they are dry.
Despite the lower cost, we were able to purchase these over another brand we have been using for half the price. I was worried about the absorbency, but my techs say they are just as good as the other.
It was amazing how quickly and efficiently they soaked up the water and oil. I found it to be very easy to dispose of.
Using these for changing oil on semis and heavy equipment was my purpose for buying them. I noticed that some filters are tough to reach and spill on the engine floor or the floor beneath it. The ones my previous employer had were almost twice as thick and absorbed much Having said that, they are a lot cheaper than the Pig Name mats, so for the money I wouldn't call them a bad buy. I expected them to be thicker, however.
Pork mats are one of the best inventions, much better than oil-dried pork.
I used it in the same way as the more expensive ones I had been This is the only product I will buy from now on!.
I love this product.
