We received this and the hose arrived damaged, so there was no response

This item was the subject of a replacement request, but no response was received. It's now trash, and we'll have to replace it because we installed it after the return window, I believe. Instead of returning, I simply wanted to try to replace what wasn't working, but I have received no response.

will not be able to flush the entire 16 gallon tank

I recently purchased this product and discovered that the eye solution tube is only half-way up the device, leaving only 7-day supply. 8 gallons from the reservoir vs. others that feed the tube to the eyewash station from the bottom to get the full 16 gallons.

It's leaking and it's falling apart

Our company purchased three of these stations, and one of them flooded the floor. The connection point where the tube connects to the discharge is broken, according to a closer examination. I'm looking for a replacement part but can't seem to get in touch with the company. It's a real pain.
