Hello, it is intended for Jeeps with a 2. The roll bar is 3 inches wide. If you try to adapt it for a smaller diameter roll bar, you'll end up with extra strap, and the weight and mass of the extinguisher will make sideways swing on a small roll bar difficult to control. as a result of which you will be able to modify it However, if you are experiencing those issues, please do not leave a negative review. It isn't designed for roll bars with a smaller diameter.
Absolutely, the only thing holding it in is friction, and it can easily be yanked out with a strong pull.

I chose this carrier over others because it has a bottom strap that runs across the bottom of the fire extinguisher holder, preventing the extinguisher from falling through. When I received mine today, there was no strap, and this thing fits rather loosely on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler roll bar, so it's a problem because the straps that actually hold the extinguisher are loose, and you have to pull them pretty tight, which looks terrible. My pictures show a KIDDE FA 110. At this price, I would have expected it to be better. Don't waste your money on this; there are cheaper alternatives available on Amazon.
He was so enamored with it that he went out and purchased another one right away. We love the look and the fact that the straps are adjustable to fit a variety of tank sizes; they feel like they'll last a long time. The strap that runs along the bottom of the tank to keep it from slipping out is also a great feature. We haven't had any problems with the tanks shifting. They remain in the exact position that we have placed them. This product appeals to us in every way.
It does exactly what it says. It appeals to my tastes. The red logo is attractive. The straps are of excellent quality. Stainless steel hardware is used to secure the straps. Plastic that isn't cheap. br>The straps are extra long, which I love. It also means that if I want, I can fit a larger fire extinguisher in there. Also, on a Jeep JLU, the 2019/2020 Roll Bars are different. There are no pads, and they are made of steel and plastic. Because of this, the straps' extra length is extremely beneficial. br>I strongly advise you to do so. Yes, there are less expensive (cheaper) options that will do the same thing for $5 less, but I believe this one is worth the extra money.
It's a double-edged sword to be prepared. Sure, having and not needing is always preferable to needing and not having. The rest is up to you, but there are times when I'm unsure of my level of preparedness. Do I really need water purification tabs because I live in the desert? So, if I ever come across some water, I'll be prepared! Those, on the other hand, are simple to conceal. Is there a fire extinguisher on the premises? That makes perfect sense, but, once again, DORKY! This kit, on the other hand, secures the BC (or ABC, if you prefer) extinguisher to the roll cage, while the badass embroidery emphasizes the fact that, yes, I AM prepared.
I got exactly what I paid for when I bought a low-cost holder. cheap. So I bought this one, and it's well worth the money, and the holder's quality is exactly what I needed. This is a product that I strongly recommend. 😎👍.
On my John Deere Gator, I have one of these holding a fire extinguisher. The roll bar is much smaller than that of a jeep, and it grips the steel bar loosely. To make the fit more snug, I'm going to add some padding. The unit is well-built and has a stylish appearance.
It works. Pricey as hell (I thought the fire extinguisher in the picture was included) and way overpriced for just a hat with velcro straps and their logo on it. I would recommend it as long as you are aware that the extinguisher is not included in the price; it's funny that the harness is more expensive than the damn extinguisher!.
I used it with the "First Alert Fire Extinguisher | Recreation Vehicle and Marine Fire Extinguisher, White, Rechargeable, REC5" fire extinguisher that I bought on Amazon. It is something that I would suggest. It fits perfectly and is securely fastened. br>br>It fits perfectly on the back rollbar of my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. It has a beautiful embroidered logo on it, which I really like. It distinguishes it from the other options available and adds to its appeal.
