S. A. This style of skate wheel has been purchased for a product we fabricate in excess of 100,000 times. By chance, I looked up an Amazon item on Amazon because I miscalculated the quantity required for a custom project. The company. I was shocked to find that they were not Chinese and not a dollar either. We make them here in the good ol' U. S. A. , not in Europe, not in 3 weeks. I am from the United States. I am very pleased with the way the wheels roll and look.
