Questions & Answers

Is there a minimum that this stand will fall to? I see 26" written in one spot and 23" written in another. Is that correct?

As you can see, I have a stand just like this, so I can probably go around With feet screwed into the top of the roller, the floor is above the roller. In general, I use it about 36" for outfeed from my table saw. Products with a rugged design

It is incorrect to use carriage bolts
4/5

The carriage bolts are too There are no square holes in the roller brackets that can accommodate the square shoulders under the heads. A 3/8 - inch item was purchased The carriage bolts must be 16 x 1 x 11/16" The carriage bolts came with it, but you'll have a hard time taking them off if you ever need to change them (voice of experience). I bought some nuts at a local hardware store and they worked fine. Additionally, one of the holes on each foot had to be drilled out larger to enable the feet to be assembled to The odd hole was the one where the third man came out. You can leave the vertical pair of holes as they are. Without drilling, you might be able to assemble the feet by keeping the three bolts loose and then tightening them in rotation. In order to prevent stripping of threads on the bolts, I chose to drill. Having said all this, I feel very pleased with the final result. It has very strong and solid components. An ingenious locking system is created by the slanted mechanism. You'll have to see it to appreciate it, but there is no possibility of the bracket slipping down while.

Once it is built, it is solid, but it is hard to assemble and the description is incorrect
3/5

For a product with such a simple fabrication, the legs are surprisingly strong and well secured, but it takes a lot of dexterity and effort to get all the feet together and properly There is also an annoying issue that the roller column falls off when you pick it up.

The most annoying issue was that the product description said the minimum height was 23 inches. There was no indication in the description that it was actually 26", so I could not use it as an infeed support for Due to the square tube being 45" in diameter, and the fact that it had to be cut, I had to drill new mounting holes, and remove the roller to get a 23" platform, which makes it hardly Although the manufacturer had said they would update the description, they did not do so. Despite the fact that I had to modify it, I paid $70 for a product with damaged packaging, and was happy that I could modify it, but had the price been $110 I would have returned it and fabricated it myself.

I love it
5/5

It's great to be able to make small adjustments and to align the roller to whatever machine you use using this support. It cannot collapse while in use since the vertical support member is a wedge. Having difficulty moving my rollers from machine to machine is my second complaint (being sick of moving them). You don't need to waste your time and money on those cheap collapsible ones which make you mad and make you Since I primarily do wood work, I might want to go up a size if I did more metal work.

The roller stands are generally solid and fairly cheap
5/5

We bought two of these for our small cabinet shop and woodworking business. For material that runs off the surface of the CNC router table, you can use these blocks. It took about fifteen minutes to set them up and they were easy to adjust. They have also proven sturdy under.

This was an awful set of Although I was able to assemble it and it seems to work fine, you would think that the directions would be clear - they mention a mm size wrench that can't be used
4/5

Do they even try to assemble the item according to the instructions? There was no paperwork to speak of, but the stand worked.

It is incorrect for this stand to have a minimum height
4/5

My order of this model of roller specifically considered the fact that they should fit under our horizontal bandsaw, so I was disappointed when I realized that the minimum height of 26" listed on Amazon and on the box was incorrect. Perhaps the measurement does not take into account Rolling the feet all the way back made the rollers stand at 27 1/2" height. My wife and I were able to trim some of the tube above the adjustment crank and get them to the right height for the machine.

We have had a set of these rollers for a couple of years and have been happy with their performance. My favorite feature of their wedge lock system is the fine adjustment capabilities it offers.

The software is very well designed. I love it. The software is very well designed. This means that there is no foldable feature, so you will need to dedicate a space for it. It is easy to lock into place.

I am very happy with the support I get If you have a table saw, it would be nice to have one of these to catch long pieces
