Product Description

This term is used to describe a single-leg sling that has flemish loop ends on either side, also called the wire rope choker or eye and eye. Due to their strength and durability, these types of slings are very popular for lifting.

SWAGING WITH FLEMISH EYES The sling ends are mechanically formed in order to permit a higher load capacity. A heavy-duty thimble is used to protect the ends of the sling after the ends of the sling are spliced and coupled with a forged metal sleeve.

Safety is ensured through its double tagging, consisting of two identification tags (WLLs) on the HSI slings. In order to comply with OSHA and use safe slings, riggers can refer to applicable information.
