The set screw is 3/16 inches long and has a thread length of 3/16.
Her sheave was in fact a 5/8" bore, gray cast iron, a 1" length. The OD is 75 inches, and the height is 1 inch. The pitch diameter for this pitch is 16". There is no 1/4" keyway, it seems to be more like 3/16" or 7/32"

The review probably won't matter at all if you plan to use these as an air compressor in your workshop or outdoors. It will be a regular occurrence to see and touch these sheaves since they are used in industrial sewing machines. In order to make it easy, I ordered two of these. They arrived in essentially There were boxes that appeared to be old, dirty, and left out in the sun for long periods of time It was taped or re-taped A package that has been packaged multiple There were two that arrived with obvious scratches and evidence they had been used one item looked like it had simply been damaged While these are heavy beautiful cast iron, I've noticed that they are not very precise in their machining It is one of them that has a machining surface only on half of the pulley, the other half is only cast. There is no way to explain how or why that pulley made it past their quality control. As well as the AK61 that I ordered arrived with a keyway mechanism and double grub-type hardware This item came with screws, which were not what was pictured or described, but worked I would have ordered one of those $50-$100 decals if I had ordered it There is no way I could review 60 versions of these pulleys, and I would rate the product a 1 star. For bigger sizes, the price is only $15-$25 if you want to take the smaller ones With a price of $30, these are fantastic.
The boat lift was made faster when I used them. My boat weighs less than 10k pounds and I have a 10k boat lift, so this was the ticket to speed up the lift by four times.
Anyhow, it's of good quality arrived quickly and no problems with it. Great value for the money because it came with the key and set screws that some of the others did not come with.
This part is of very high quality. Over the cast pot metal part that had been broken, this part made from machined steel is a noticeable improvement. There is a good chance that this one will outlast not only the motor, but the house as well. The parts were well-machined and There is no pot metal/junk part on Amazon for less than the price of this quality part. If this is what you need for your application, nothing can go wrong with this item.
This is a great sheave. I noticed that the key stock that came with my motor had an opening that was wider than this sheave's, but with a little filing, the fit was great. There is no comparison to the zinc die cast one that sells for about the same price, this one is much better quality.
This hub has a part on the inside and a part on the outside. My plan was to use it to replace a missing pulley on a lathe from the 1940s. I like the casting very much. Excellent machined hub as well as the insides and outsides of the belt groove. The holes appear to be drilled to achieve My initial reaction was to be sceptical after reading some of the arguments. This is the first time I have received such high quality services. The product is excellent.
I bought this belt pulley for my lawn mower. It worked perfectly.
You're getting the real deal here. Generally made of steel, it can be put through a lot of As well as industrial applications, this is a good choice. No signs of wear at all on this pulley even though it's been through hell and back. Having just logged on to buy my third one, I wondered how they can offer something of this quality at such a low price. Anyhow, I figured I'd write a review since I was going to buy my third.
I needed a replacement sheave for a Magna Force compressor that was 20 years old. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it fit. The material and weight of this part indicate that it is about twice as strong as the original compressor part, and it is probably now the strongest part of the compressor.
