Took a little tinkering to mount to my engine crane, but works perfectly and saves me a lot of time and effort when raising the boom from its With full boom extension, it picked up a half ton load without a sound. You should not expect quick action or heavy lifting with the pancake compressor, as it DOES use quite a bit of air.

It has improved our shop life. As described, it appears to operate as described and to be of a quality that will last for the amount of use it is expected to receive. There was an adequate amount of packaging. It arrived in a timely manner. It is only negative that the holes on the base of the piston did not line up with the holes on the adapter and base plate. Organizing the threads in the base plate adapter to thread the bolts into the tapped holes in the piston base required enlarging the thru holes in the piston base.

My jacks were placed on a heavy duty shoring post and I lifted the post. It is easy to climb the roof. In this case, the roof weight was approximately 8000 pounds. Therefore, just two jacks were necessary to complete the job.

The 13-year old Upon our arrival on November 11, we took a picture of our arrival. I am impressed with how fast the package arrived. Well, I installed the engine into my folding crane in no time. It is not very common to install or remove engines in our area, but we do load and unload compressors and leaf loaders driven by gas into truck beds regularly. We were taking too long to handle heavy items by hand and wanted a faster and less stressful way to do it. There appears to be a solution to the problem. A ram adapter plate is included, as are bolts to connect the adapter plate to the ram. I would consider it slightly shorter than the original ram that came with the Sunex folding engine crane, but it extends far enough that I doubt I'll ever have to lift anything as high as that. In just a few minutes, without any modification needed. The air line was hooked up and I was able to lift quickly without needing to pump manually. We'll try with a load tomorrow and report back if it works.

A lot of junk Out of the box, it did not work. It works with a manual pump I had to pay to ship back and I hope I get my money back. I was unable to install the air cylinder because it blows air out of the side.
