I am pleased with the speed of delivery. The box that mine arrived in was made of wood. This delivery truck had a liftgate and placed it right next to the door of my shop despite its heavy weight. The jack arrived with plenty of oil and it was not missing any parts. Unless you want to have a good laugh, don't bother looking at the directions. However, the kit was easy to assemble, and it worked well. I've added a great deal to my shop with this purchase. A great product, I'm sure it will last a while. I love the way it looks,.

I highly recommend this product! As far as I could tell, the only issue was that the screws used to attach the bottle jack to the plate were crooked because they were 5/8 inch off

To drill and tap new holes, I used a drill press. We have a straight line There is not a single complaint I have after that. This is a great program! Metal that is thick. This is a heavy duty vehicle.
