There is a leak with this item

After we ended the return window, we did not install this until nine days later due to our busy lives. The sealant tape we used today did not help. We installed it today and found that it leaks no matter what we do. I wish to be able to get a refund if I were still able to return the item.

After a couple months of use, it starts sweating fuel and does not swivel well as well. It looks well made, I had others last for more than a year before.

I dislike the fact that it is labeled and ordered as a one inch product when it is really a seven-eighths inch. Is there a real 1" swivel that you have?.
