I'm not sure, because I ordered this twice and neither time it arrived with the clevis, so I gave up trying.

It's a good thing I didn't buy it because of the shackle. Although the hook appears to be of good quality, the shackle will not be used. It's a complete flop. Threads were so clogged that they had to be loosened with a wrench. The pin will only thread back in half way after being pulled. A paper weight is the only use for a shackle. Buy a decent shackle for yourself. This shackle ended up in the trash.
It was used to keep the clamp on our forklift from jamming. It's well-made and durable. We had to make some adjustments to get it to work with the clamp because it was a little larger than expected, but we have had no other problems with it.
This swivel hook was purchased for use with my tractor and a lifting arm that I adapted for use with the front end loader. This hook and shackle work great, and I'm very happy with their quality.
It was quite successful.
This item was missing the Clevis; I ordered two of them and they arrived from two different locations, one of which had the Clevis and the other did not. So far, I'm not sure what went wrong.
