For my HF shop crane, I purchased this. It's extremely well-made, with a nice finish and action. It's impossible to say what the ultimate strength is, but it appears to be in the thousands of kilograms range. I can lift machine tool components weighing up to 1000 pounds, which is well within this hook's capacity. The swivel is convenient for moving the load around with ease.

It's a good value for the money

This stainless steel clevis hook is a good value for the price. I bought two of these to lift cylinder heads off Cummins engines. It was an excellent solution. It swivels to prevent the chain from twisting as it is lifted off the engine block.
