How much weight can each wheel support?

I expected the bolts to be included in my order. Nope. I'm not sure what kind of bolts to get, so can anyone help me out?

For most bore sizing, I believe the standard size is 5/16th, but this one appears to be 3/8 diameter (possibly due to a fitting that comes out). I would simply take the wheel to a hardware store and ensure that the size and length are correct.
