This was purchased so that I could run a 2500 watt gasoline powered generator. There are 15-year-olds in the generation This machine is 20 years old but still looks like new because it has been used so little. In the past, its main shortcomings have been its weight and the lack of wheels. While I am sure this cart would support a lot more weight, I was looking for one that was particularly sturdy and rolled well as I might have to move the unit 50 or so feet in the winter. This product works best on cement But if you move the load over gravel or hard packed snow with a little care, you will be able to move a lighter load. Currently, there are 2 wheel sizes available. In the end, I opted for the smaller size. It was a good decision due to the fact that the gen is still resting The ground is 6 inches above the tabletop. While on the dolly, I ran the generator for up to 15 minutes, and I don't think it budged at all. In my opinion, unless the machine is securely strapped down, this should never be done. When attaching the wheel assemblies, there's a warning not to overtighten the nuts. I would guess that too much tightening will cause the bolts to break loose (molded into the plastic base). For that reason, I was cautious and did not tighten the nuts very tightly. There is no need to apply a lot of force when tightening up wheels and supporting brackets with any amount of weight on top. There is no end in sight to their presence.
It is a fairly expensive dolly, but as they say, you get what you pay for. It is very well built, and the heavy duty casters can easily handle heavy loads when it is loaded with a bit of weight. It's too bad they don't sell it as a kit for a better price than buying everything separately. The handle and strap, sold separately, were also excellent quality, but it's just a shame they don't sell it as a kit. The fact that it is extremely heavy duty makes me very happy - I can put anything on it and it will do the job.
With good wheels and a solid build, this dolly is everything I expected for the price I paid. It is well made, sturdy, and has a lot of features I wanted. Our company has used it for moving mead tanks of 500 liters around on a rough concrete floor without any issues. If your vehicle has locking wheels, make sure they are installed in the correct location I would move my own to the other side of the table. Thank you for this product.

It was a piece of very heavy equipment we were moving from one location to another and two of the dollys handled it perfectly. They have really high durability, we needed something a little more rugged and these are amazing. We are extremely satisfied. I just want to say thank you for your help we saved ourselves from having to assemble the product piece by piece and transport it.
I think they should have been rubber then. However, the 4 inch part is wonderful. I get a lot of use out of it being a professional mover. My wife has one at her house that she uses all the time. A panel cart claims the wheels are extremely noisy but says no other details.
