Dolly, you are amazing. Heavy-duty and large enough to accommodate large items. The soft wheels are easy on the floor. Smooth movement is made possible by precision bearings in the wheels. To make loading easier, two wheels can be locked. This dolly is of excellent quality. Made in the United States of America, as well.
bearings. You can use the $20 ones, but unless all of your belongings weigh less than a Canadian dollar, you might as well ship them to the dump. Snap- The loc is tough and has big wheels (though if you're moving through shag carpeting, the all-terrain loc might be better). terrain with a big wheel), and it's a snap to use. hook loc rachet- If you need to secure your load, you can use these ins. It's well worth the extra cash to get something that works! Five out of five stars!.
I purchased two of these to aid in a pending relocation. They appear to be quite substantial. The wheels have ball bearings. The quality is exceptional. I've never used a furniture dolly that rolls as well as this one does. I really like how the straps connect on the sides. Assembly was not difficult, but the screws that hold the wheels in place are short, and you may need to push a little to get the nut on. It wasn't bad, but it took a little more effort; two of the wheels beneath have brake levers, which should come in handy.
These larger, softer wheels glide across the wood with ease, leaving no 'ruts' like the smaller, harder wheels did. I also used it to move an antique desk from 1921 into the house on my own. This unit exceeded my expectations in terms of design and quality.
This was purchased for a house move that included the relocation of a 650-pound piano. It was probably overkill to buy a pound studio upright piano - This thing had no problems with the piano; it rolled easily (the wheels are incredibly smooth) and didn't put any strain on it. It's worth noting that it's quite tall, so getting the piano up onto it was a bit of a challenge. The dolly itself is quite heavy, which is my only complaint. It's a heavy-handed approach once more. This was not unexpected, given the nature of the item. This is an outstanding item.
It was easy to move a safe (650 pounds) with this, it was extremely stable, and it rolled easily over carpet and hardwood.
I pushed a piano from one end of the neighborhood to my house with confidence. Pianos aren't light, so I rolled it down the street. The sturdy rubber wheels were strong but flexible enough to handle the unevenness of the asphalt, and the structure itself could support the weight.
br>I wish I had purchased it sooner rather than squandering money on inferior products. Our 600-pound safe and piano were moved with ease. I also recommend that you get the straps to go with it!.
