The construction is very solid and the movement is very easy. Has no problem handling heavy and large items. This unit does require a lot of storage space, but part of its toughness is its capacity. Due to the platform's thick and angled build, loading heavy or awkward items is a real hassle. You have to maneuver the item first up onto the lip, then drag it the rest of the way to fully seat it on the platform while simultaneously trying to prevent the dolly from sliding back. This bag has several drawbacks, the most significant of which is its crappy hard plastic wheels which can disrupt the smooth rolling of certain items while transporting them and void warranties. The pneumatic era has come to an end There's no need to use hard plastic wheels on a dolly that needs smooth rolling, as there are airless rubber wheels available. Although I have pointed out the cons of this doll, I still like it - This is a down time for plants- It's better to move a pot over a pot moving rack! My new $400 dolly was specifically created for plant pots, however, it has SO many flaws that it is impossible to live with it! It is easy to load awkward or heavy items, but it is nearly impossible to balance it while transporting them. On the other hand, it is very easy to load items. My experience flying with a Rubbermaid Dolly is that it is a breeze to balance and transport everything I have attempted to move so far! The wheels are so crappy! Please update them!.

Our return has obviously been received. Several of the interior components of the packaging were missing, the handle holes on one side were mangled, and the seals were broken Using drills. We are fortunate to live on a farm and have washers and can reuse The holes need to be drilled, but a normal home would not need them As some of you may know, the owner had to return this item, which they clearly In my opinion, Amazon is more disappointing than Rubbermaid, since I purchased this through Amazon Seller IndustrialSupplies, who buys in bulk even returned stock and is willing to restock it within 24 hours of receiving it. Rubbermaid must also keep and post the status of faulty products. Reselling them at a low price isn't the only way for online retailers to make money. A case may have been returned for a reason, and dumping it back into the product stream would be an issue. My experience with such a situation is certainly troubling, since I bought faulty products for full price
I feel that I was taken advantage of by the price. A very disappointing experience.

The dolly is very well made and very heavy duty. When it starts to get cold, big wheels are great for moving potted plants from the backyard to the garage. Very easy to put together. Upon receiving the dolly 2 days earlier, I assembled it in about 15 minutes.
