. What a great It's ready to go out of the box. The wheels do not need to be attached. My first attempt was just to take it out of the box and stick a barrel in it.
Sturdy and thick, it is extremely strong.
Then again, I have never used it for that purpose, but I guess it would work well. The structure should be capable of supporting weight.

To assist in moving 55 gallon barrels, we purchased this barrel dolly for our family greenhouse business. In this case, we repurposed the plastic barrels, but you should also make sure to follow the guidelines and considerations regarding their use. I had to arrange the bolts with the nuts and washers facing up, per the instruction. There is no way I can face the bolts downward, or else the wheels won't rotate. As such, I cut and placed 1/2 inch plywood on top of the base and cut out the bolt pattern. By doing this, I wouldn't be able to puncture my plastic barrels with water weight on the bolts. appears to be able to support the weight and enable us to push and roll the barrels on our clean.
In this case, I use it to hold a 55-gallon water barrel weighing just over 500 pounds. As soon as it is While the casters endure the weight of the chair, it still remains maneuverable due to its strength and durability. This is a great.
It can accommodate a 55gal water barrel, so I bought it. The only thing I had to do upon arrival was to screw in the caster wheels, which took about 30 minutes due to the number of places they were screwed in, and the dolly seemed to be strong enough to carry just about anything I had to take it with me. Apparently, it took me quite a bit of work and a couple of rotations of the entire drum to get it back to where it was supposed to be in the garage, but the wheels glided pretty well on cement.
The burn barrel works great with this product. It would be impossible to move the barrel without the dolly if it were in the lower garage. It would be possible to roll the barrel from the lower garage to the front of house for burning leaves, etc. I was able to assemble it without much trouble.
I don't see any problems with the ring. Mine is for oil I've collected from used cars. The tank has not yet been filled with oil, but it will once it holds 50 gallons. I would like to mention one thing. Despite the thin washers and lock washers provided by the supplier, I can live with the thin washers for the price I paid.
This metal has a nice and heavy feel to it.
The unit is solid.
Does not bend when it is under pressure with a heavy-duty construction.
