I'd like to thank you for your question, Greg. Polarized magnetic strips will attract each other, but will not line up perfectly flush because of how they are polarized. If your project needs a lot of time, we recommend considering our half-day sessions Stripes with a width of at least 1 inch will align neatly and attract themselves to one another. It did a great job for what I needed it to do. It was a great way to hold pictures on a magnet board when attached to a piece of wood. It looked like it was going to be a weak hold at first, but it worked perfectly.
It looks like a carriage door when you use it as a divider under a steel garage door with fake magnet handles.
It is a really poor item in terms of magnetic quality. A virtual waste of time.
We are looking at an old generation of magnets here, these were made in the 70s.
The tape does not adhere well to the wall.
This is a waste of time and money. The system doesn't work properly in any of the applications I have found.
