What is the size of the holes and how far apart they are? thanks?

The holes are about an inch in diameter and 7 1/4" apart on the shorter side and 9 1/2" apart on the longer side; the dock pad is about 4" thick, but the holes are recessed to about 2". To secure them, I used Home Depot 3/4" concrete anchors that were 6" long. I hope you find this information useful.

What are the dimensions of the mounting holes between each other?

They're 9-inch on the 13-inch side. They are 1/4" apart on the 8" side and 7" apart on the 12" side.

Is it solid in the back or hollowed out?

I believe it is solid, if my memory serves me correctly.

Are the measurements of the holes taken from the hole's center to the hole's center?

There are no dimensions for the holes that I can see. The dimensions given are those of the O. the bumper's dimensions 13" L x 12" W x 4" D Dimensions: 13" L x 12" W x 4" D Dimensions: 13

I've never hit this with a truck, and I have no intention of doing so in the future. With my 20-pound sledge hammer, however, it takes a beating. WHAT? So, since you've inquired, allow me to explain. I bought it to use as a sledge hammer target for attaching to the top of a round log top for exercise. I took four large lag bolts with washers and screwed it to the top of a log. I have no intention of using it for its intended design purpose, so I can't speak to its use in that regard. It's heavy, and even slamming it against the edge or through holes with all I've got, a 20-pound sledge, does nothing but make my brow sweat. I'd be suspicious of my sledge's true purpose if it hurt it in any way, but after a few months of repeated beatings, you'd never know I touched it. It's perfect for what I need it to do, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I was worried that it would bounce my sledge too much, but it absorbs the strikes with minimal rebound. The substantial heft of this piece suggests that it would also be suitable for its intended use. I can only give it four stars because I'm not sure how well it would work as a loading dock truck bumper, but it's five stars for my needs.

We ordered four of these for our warehouse's two dock doors. The default settings worked flawlessly - The holes were perfectly aligned. Because of the item's weight, shipping was a challenge - One did not arrive due to a damaged shipping box, but Amazon quickly replaced it.
