A binder of this type will accept the following 3/4" Grade 70 Chains graded '100' or '70' are 1/2" thick and graded '100'. A SAFE WORKING LOAD of 12000 pounds is offered by this device
It's very kind of you to point out the error. It has since been reworked so that it is now rated as 1/2" Grade 100, which is 12000 @ SWL. Originally, that binder was rated as 1/2" Grade 80 and 9200#. The copy has been corrected at our request. This will be corrected in a short time. I am confident that the 12000# figure in the 1/2" binder is accurate.

With the handle folded down, can be stored in a smaller toolbox.
They are bulky, but they work well. If extra strength is not needed, you can choose a smaller size.
I am very pleased with this product Heavy duty definitely exceeded expectations.
We found one binder in one box and two binders in the other box when we opened up the box. I paid for 4 binders instead of 3 but received 3.
I love how well they work!.
I purchased these chain down chains for my tractor and I'm very satisfied with this! The binder has greatly improved over other binders I've used before.
My experience is that they work fine and are thick, but they are poorly made, with inconsistent welds and random burns from the welder. I didn't expect that for $300, so you live and you learn.
