With the ultra-smooth ratcheting mechanism, you are able to tighten chains easily and The first time you release the chains, you will get the right tension on them.
Leverage can be increased dramatically by using a handle with a 15" length.
(2) Painted forged steel load binder with grab handles. The 5/16" Grade 70 chain and 3/8" Grade 43 chain are compatible with this lock. 16,200 lb breaking strength of the assembly. It has a working load limit of 5,400 pounds.
