It's the perfect gift for those times when nature calls outside, like when I go camping or hunting. It is significantly taller than the 5 gallon bucket I had been using, so it's much easier for my bad knees to get up from. The belt holds me well even though I weigh more than 350 pounds.
I was amazed at the quality of these 7 gallon buckets and the speed of shipping, I received them the same day. While 7-gallon buckets are not easy to find, I still took one star off because I felt they were terribly overpriced. You see, they've got you over the barrel and they're aware of that.
As a stool, it works well.
It is durable, lightweight, and easy to use. To me, what is most important is whether it is made, or if it is not made There was no plastic odor to be found. The only thing I don't like is I wouldn't call it pretty, although it is functional. Could you please add a few.
The 7 gallon capacity is great for holding the amount of grapes needed for the first stage of wine-making. That is great to not have to worry about the grapes foaming over the bucket at this early stage of their fermentation. It will be great to rack the fermenting juice into the 5 gallon carboy once the right amount has been fermented.
