If the columns are equilibrated do they come with any filters? What happens when you spin the membrane with a buffer of equilibration? Is it just the membrane that ?

There is no buffer with them, so they arrive dry.

Once all of the columns have been used, we tend to accumulate a large amount of liquid reagents that come from plasmid miniprep kits and DNA purification kits. Hundreds of dollars a box go into the production of these kits. With Bio Basic EZ there's no need to worry about viruses. It was really useful to have 10 columns. A few columns for two procedures were just sent to me and I have used them (1) Plasmid minipreps from six different 3 mL The DH5 strain of E. coli Alpha Turbo, OD600, version 1. A zero value) By using the Sigma GenElute buffers - The results are The 110-plus is The concentration was 190 ng/ul (85 ul elution buffer)*. DNA was isolated from plasmids by restriction digestion with no genomic DNA contamination (image attached)
