There are no instructions on how to use this product, and there is no measure/small spoon, cup, or similar for powder/There is no information on Sarcosine; all of the above was stated previously!.

I'm not sure if this is Sarcosine because it came in a white plain plastic bottle with no spoon, measuring device, or dosing device; even some directions would have been helpful
