Perfect for tanks with depths of up to 10 feet! After using it many times, I now find it to be great! At first I thought it was way too big, but now I am glad that I gave it a shot! In deep tanks, I found that my root tabs were easy to embed in the substrate! They are relatively easy to control, no matter how large they are

Suitable for tanks with a lot of depth. They are great tongs, but I do have one complaint they have already begun showing small signs of rust after just a few uses in spite of cleaning/drying them when they are done.
