The cap on this syringe does not latch to the luer lock.

Do you use normal saline solution as a prefix?

A clear plastic bag holds each of these, which is both empty and sealed. However, the ones I received did not have a luer lock, so I suggest you shop elsewhere if you need that type of cable

Can you tell me if these are pre-owned What do you mean by "filled with saline solution?"?

I have no idea what they are for.

It is unwise to feed a kitten that is a baby

The product is not usable. I get ink on my hand as I use it, the plastic stem part of the plunger is too small so you can't depress smoothly, it wobbles side to side creating varying friction, and the liquid comes out in spurts. Feeding kittens with a syringe is too dangerous for me to use. These syringes do not work as well as other same size syringes I bought from my vet.

There is a poor quality in this item

Fluid drips from the edge due to a bad vacuum. The moving part of the syringe is of poor quality.
