I needed a stopper to replace one belonging to the first of two hummingbird ponds It's been years since I own these mixing bottles. To hold together the Secret Sauce in my heavy glass bottle, it needs to withstand water near boiling and be snugly fit in the bottle. There was a need for these stoppers, and these were perfect. The product is great.
Since I did not have many options for this size hole, I would recommend it. The plugs generally do not suit my home size, but you may be able to find other ones that fit your needs.
I purchased them to replace silicone stoppers that would not stay in the jugs, no matter how tightly I snapped them in. The remaining 3 were left solid, but drill holes were drilled in the others for air locks.
It's all good whatever it is.
It worked like a charm. With a blade, this material can be cut and drilled through.
