Small pointed tip foam swab made of highest quality open-cell foam, CK-FS750. Used to remove contamination from surfaces in cleaning of tiny hard-to-reach places, it also provides excellent particle entrapment and retention and can be used to access large areas. I particularly recommend this for tiny places that need flux and adhesive tape and excess dust engine oil contamination removed without leaving dust and lint behind.

As the foam is thermally bonded to the handle, coatings or adhesives on the handle are not necessary. The foam is cleaned and packed in a Class 100 Cleanroom, which guarantees that the particles and ionic content are low. The product does not contain silicone, amides or

Fine dusting and cleaning are not a problem with this machine. While the tip does have foam over it, it is quite thin. This makes it easy for the foam layer to separate from the tip.
