Geez. Flowers are being preserved by the majority of people. My understanding of mechanical engineering has been shattered. 😳👏
I'm going to guess between 10% and 15%. I'm not a natural mathematician! When the orange granules turn blue, I can tell you that it's time to cook them back to orange, but do yourself a favor and use an old pan so you can cook it on top a little at a time or in the oven! It will take some time, so be patient! I hope you found this information useful.
I believe you should be able to bring it as long as it is packed in a suit case that is not a carry-on. It's non-toxic, and the silica gel packs that keep things dry and free of moisture are non-toxic.
Afaik, you can't use the microwave (at least not according to the instructions!). ) To reactivate the gel, spread it out on a baking sheet and place it in a low oven for a few hours.

I immediately regretted it and purchased this in an attempt to save some of my bouquet's phal orchids, ferns, and cattelya orchids. I'm grateful for this product because it dried the flowers beautifully and created a lovely shadow box. And I'm not a big fan of shadow boxes in the first place! This product has made my life so much easier. I give it a 70875/10! You will not be sorry.
This was how my wife dried her flowers. Because the dust that can be inhaled is dangerous, I don't recommend using it indoors or around children. A particulate-blocking mask is used in this situation. br>br>While I prefer silica gel balls for burying flowers, she insisted on trying this granulated texture. It can be difficult to remove flowers without damaging some of the pedals, but we're newbies at this.
The shape, color, and structure of the flower are altered when they are turned upside down or pressed. You'll have to wait indefinitely. Today was my first time using Wisedry, and in one minute (in the microwave), I had a dried flower that kept its shape and color. br>br>I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for Wisedry because of how well it works. br>br>My only piece of advice is to be extra cautious the first few times you microwave it; the instructions clearly state this, but I went about 20 seconds too long the first time, and my flower was too dry and brittle to use. You can either reheat it in the microwave or leave it out to absorb the moisture.
My flowers turned out to be quite lovely. It took about 7 days; I was impatient, but I persevered, and I'm pleased with the results. It can also be reused.
The quality of this product was excellent. In just 24 hours, I was able to dry Cecil Brewner Rose Buds from fresh to dried. They stayed the same color and smelled the same after 48 hours. I was a little hesitant to buy it at first, but after seeing the results, I don't think I'll ever go back to the old way of drying rosebuds, which didn't keep the incredible rose scent. For a 5 pound bag, it's a bit pricey, but I suppose it's worth it, and I highly recommend it.
I also advise using flowers of the same size and type in the same dish. Because they dry at different rates depending on their size, I use Ziploc bags and label them with the sizes. This makes determining when to check more straightforward. Keep an eye on things. If you don't remove them, it will continue to do its job and will become overly dry. It's not the fault of the product; I had my house cleaned and now I can't find my crystals. Is this the ONLY reason I require additional supplies? They last a long time.
With the 5lb bag, I was able to dry quite a few flowers. Every flower in the video is from the same batch! The most challenging part is carefully removing the flowers. Paint brushes, a tiny cup, a sifter, and tweezers were among the tools I used. I left the flowers in the silica for three days, which worked out perfectly for all of the flowers I used!.
