It is quite amazing how dry flowers are done in this manner. I have done my research on the process and I am new to it. In addition to hanging them, I have tried dehydrating them with this one and it is by far my favorite. * It does provide cautions regarding which flowers work best. Since I am not good at identifying all kinds of plants, I picked and dried them at my leisure and I am very happy with the results. It seems that lilies hold more water than other flowers. I was disappointed when I read this because I wanted that special color and, in all honesty, I have no words to describe just how pleased I am with this product. Unlike other brands or prices, I can't speak about other brands or prices, but this is a must buy if you want to dehydrate flowers. I don't know how long it will last, as it guarantees that you can put it in an oven to reuse, but I will buy again no matter how long it lasts.

I'm disappointed that the 10 lbs package does not come in the plastic jug that's shown in the picture. Because the gel can be reused, I purchased the product from the seller with the assumption that it would come in a jug, not a bag.
