Metal canisters do come in which silicon gel is stored. In most cases, silica gel is the main ingredient. Drinking soda out of a can or bottle is common. Soda was what we drank in the end. For a reasonable price, you can buy silica gel Metal cans, or a pouch similar to the one shown in the picture, are ideal for storing humidity. do not believe there is any difference between the two.

It is not reliable to change colors

There are two reasons why I bought these Because of two reasons (1) they could be recharged by heating them in the oven, and (2) they are supposed to change colors when they It seems to work when they are heated but not when the color is changed. Here are three packets that I've attached. In one, the egg has been reheated within minutes, while in another, it has been left standing for five days in the air. In the third, it was just dipped into Perhaps I'm the only one, but the color of my package did not change from blue to pink as stated.

Like a vampire, it sucks up moisture like nobody's business

When I tried to lower my safe's humidity below 45%, I had a hard time. While I had a few small desiccant packs in there, the air was still too humid to keep the contents dry. The humidity in the safe increased to 22% within 30 minutes of putting two of these packs in. What an amazing experience. Unlike a dehydrated camel, this stuff sucks up water like crazy.

Good product

This is a good product for a reasonable price. But I misread the description on the seller's webpage and thought it was the one that came with indicators. I ultimately purchased the product with indicators when it turned out to be not the case. There ought to be a better description (or indicator beads in everything. Another nice gesture would be). As described, the actual product is what it is described to be.
