My refund request has not been approved yet. It could have been that I received old test kits, because all the results were negative to negligible. I would like to point out that the tests shown in the pictures specifically shows that all four water samples tested (12 kits) showed As a result, all of the samples remained purple after 48 hours and did not turn In our water treatment facility, I had the same samples tested. We got some pretty unusual pH results from these strips, but they seemed to work quite well. When I noticed that the color of the test strip didn't match any of the colors on the legend/key that they provide, I contacted the company and sent a picture of the test strip. They Also, the alkaline test strip on the kit indicated a greater difference in pH than the city Although all the other results in this kit are right on or very close, this kit did deliver mixed results. In spite of the results not being 100% accurate, it was a great way to get an idea of our water quality at a low cost.
