This Thermostat is available in two different styles

When ordering this part, keep in mind that there are two versions: one with three tabs and one without. The part number for this item is 28319. The early version is designated by the number 0000. Part number 02542 is for the newer 3 tab tank, as Bunn refers to it. Bunn's tech support was extremely helpful when I called them at 0000. Remove the two screws from the top cover and examine the thermostat first; it appears to be different. I ordered the incorrect one for my vehicle, which I returned and received a refund from OCS Parts. I hope this information is useful to you.

It functions satisfactorily, but it is not a direct replacement

On the coffeemaker wiring, there were spade terminals that needed to be replaced. Ring terminals with screws (not included) were used for the replacement part's terminals. I replaced the terminals and found two machine screws that fit before installing the part, which worked perfectly.
