In the backlight there is a white glow. No problems have arisen with my power supply in the past year. Despite the high number of BK power supplies that we use, there never have been any There is a company called BK that is very well known. It is a great deal to purchase the 1550.
An AC input voltage of 100V to 240V is required

As of now, I have these thoughts The pros are It is easy to read the screen since it is simple. There is no surprise when it comes to the interface. It's nice that there's a USB port, but it only has a 400mA output (according to the handbook). As I remember, USB1/2 require a minimum of 500mA to be in spec, so this won't be exceptionally useful, but it will help power your microcontroller if it doesn't require a lot of power. A floating ground is very useful to have, I can use it in a variety of applications, and it was a very important factor in my purchase. We have not checked whether the balance is right The cons are - For me at least, with and without load, it provides 50mA less than I set it to (I can do this both It may be because I didn't get one that was certified by NIST. There seems to be a lack of quality on the front of the watch, the buttons feel cheap and flimsy, the socket feels loose. It is kind of a pain to use the interface. The voltage setting slider takes a long time to scroll through. In order to set CC limits, you have to short the outputs. What's the reason? In general, I would recommend it and it appears to be one of the more excellent supplies you can get without having to jump up to a few hundred dollars in price.
The unit arrived relatively quickly, and I was surprised at how lightweight it As per the manual, I plugged in the controller to set the current threshold, but it didn't In CV, the CC button works, but in CC, the button is either disconnected or doesn't work. I have no idea. This unit would not switch over when the CC limit was set or when I tried setting the CC limit. The CC feature is exactly why I bought the unit, Crumbs. I have tried restarting a few times without success. Guess I just have to get used to As far as the rest is concerned, this unit is a big upgrade since it only takes up half the space of my old one. From a usability perspective, it is important to note that the supply does produce some electrical interference, but that's an inherent problem Considering the price, $140 isn't a lot to complain about. Edit
It wasn't clear what to do from the instruction manual. Having fiddled with it a bit, I managed to get it to work. If you want CV to work, the current value must be set [with the leads shortened] to a value that is much higher than what In order for CC to be engaged, the value had to be set basically to If there is any load applied to the unit, it will trip this threshold and go The user manual simply states to press the A key for CC and the V key The following isn't a good method, as I learned. You can use the existing unit or the new one Amazon provided me so kindly. Due to this change, the rating has been changed from 3 stars to 5.
There is no better deal out there for the price. Because it is versatile, versatile, and can handle multiple voltages, it met all the needs I needed for my office benchtop. A small DC component tester like this would be a great addition to any aircraft. With its small size, it fits any small space and looks like a high-quality piece of equipment should. The interface is easy to use and has a firm feel to it. So far I haven't encountered any problems since I started using it. There is so much I could say (I could continue if I wanted).
I am very pleased with this product. It is small and quiet, which was important to me since I don't have a lot of desk space and use it in the living room of my home office. A number of reviews elsewhere used the current administration as an opportunity to complain bitterly You may be concerned with the slowness of the limiting feature, so be aware of it if you care about it.
Unlike linear power supplies, this one is not linear. An example of a switching power supply can be seen here. Therefore, the output has a small amount of noise. Although it is very mild, the sound is audible. Unlike most other units, this one is very small and takes up little While under load, the processor does become hot, but not to the point that it is a fan requirement. An inefficient usb port on the front is useless as it provides half an amp of power. In spite of this, the unit is very inexpensive. As other users have pointed out, the only way to change the Amperage is by shorting the output, after which we can set.
For the price, this is a good supply.
Thanks a lot!.
As I write, I am still in the process of building a led. It might be worth nickel plating as well.
