I love the way this is coming along It came in the mail yesterday, so I have only had limited experience with it to date, but I already I am replacing a hot plate next to it that has a heating surface of 19x19cm (you can compare that to the hot plate next to it, which is In addition, it heats up quite quickly, and the thermal gradient on the surface is quite good (as you can see in the thermal image)

On my last spinner/magnet thingy, I ended up repairing the motor/magnet after it stopped working. The shield around it appears to protect the motor/magnet (which is what gave out on my previous It's only the manual, however, that I have a gripe about. On some instructions, it's not as clear as it could be. It seems like there are a lot of acronyms thrown around, none of which are specified. The contents of the book needed to be researched in order to better understand them. The hotplate temperature could not be switched between the thermocouple temperature and the hotplate temperature. There is a note in the manual which says "in the non-critical areas" The prompt says "press this button for 3 seconds to set the state", but it doesn't specify which button it It would have been reasonable to assume that "this button" serves as the "temp" button, but it is actually the shift/up button that toggles Furthermore, the A/B indicator that tells you which temp sensor you are using is just under the "SPEED" indicator, which can also be To sum it up, I have high hopes for this project.
