The UVC test card does not stay green for long; it only turns green when it is actively exposed to UVC. After being exposed to UVA/B, the UVA UVB card will turn purple for a short time before slowly fading away after being removed from the light and recovering after a minute.
They simply confirm whether the light is UVC, UVA/UVB, or both, depending on the card you use. Some devices claim to have UVC light, but they're just pretty little blue bulbs that don't do anything to kill viruses. Unfortunately, the intensity of the UV light is not indicated on these cards, so you have no idea how effective (or virus-killing power) the UV light really is. These cards were confirmed to be UVC by the device, which made me feel better. In the hopes of inactivating the virus, I placed my mask in my UVC box for twice the recommended time. I really want to be able to. I have a UVC device that can hold an iPad and is enclosed. I'm not sure if it's the card or the device, but none of the cards show that the device has UVC in it.

I bought five lights from AliExpress, all of which claimed to be UVC and would sanitize; I had my doubts, but there was no way to test them because UVC testers are expensive. I came across these cards and decided to purchase them. I finished connecting all five lights today. Three of them turned out to be forgeries. UVC rays were confirmed when the real ones lit up the dot. br>br>If you don't have these cards, don't buy lights or put your life in the hands of phony sanitizers. br>br>Most UVC-labeled LED lights aren't UVC-labeled at all - They're nothing more than blacklights. Here, on AliExpress, and on Ebay, you'll find them.

I inserted my camera into the sanitizer box, turned it on, and recorded the test strip/card; when I played the video back, the green dot could be seen within four seconds, and my problem was solved.
