This is the first time I've written a review for this product. I wanted to give this oven a five-star rating instead of four. I originally gave this oven a four-star rating because I've had it for a year and it's been great so far, but it started having problems maintaining the temperature one day. Now, here's why I gave 5 stars: after contacting the seller, I was informed that the unit was under warranty. I returned it to the seller, and they worked with me to resolve the problem, and in the end, I received a new oven. The new oven is fantastic; it works flawlessly and the controls are simple to operate. The seller (Hardware Factory Store) was fantastic to work with; they run a trustworthy business and stand behind their products, which is rare these days.
