Despite its small size, this pipette can dispense only 53 or 54 ul. You need to calibrate the tip as well, to know the surface tension of the solvent you want to disperse, etc. This pipette is able to dispense 1 ul of aqueous solution with the highest accuracy in the industry.
There is no way to do that with this model. With our iPette model you will be able to

Although it may not be perfect, it is great for its price. There are a couple of things going on here, but overall it works pretty well. It was a pleasure dealing with Cole Palmer to order universal replacement tips. Despite their effectiveness, these tips are very tight and you need to push to get them on, so you may want to look elsewhere. It will save me a lot of time because I run a lot of repetitive samples where I have to measure 5 ml over and over.
Other than that, the product is great, and I would definitely buy it again, given it would mostly be used for.
I've used the same pipettors for years on the job, and they perform just as well as any other brand Since I have my own company and have to control costs, I would recommend this pipettor to any person looking for a high-quality unit at an affordable price. I've used it for a couple months now and it is still going strong. You can use this as a good, basic, allpurpose reference If you need a range pipettor, this is the one for you.
You will get the actual pipet tip on the second image in.
I have posted an edit for December 19th My next stop was a different manufacturer. Before I went, I had a couple of questions. I had been using it for lactic acid, however it appears these are designed for water. Tested the unit with water, and it worked as expected.
Original There is a leak/drip after the micropipette draws up the liquid. I am not certain if it is the micropipette. Thanks to the fact that I do not need it for extremely precise tasks.
In spite of the reasonable price, the pipettor is not the best instrument. The device does work it aspirates liquid and ejects it, but there is a large variation in the volume each time. There might be some applications for this pipettor, but I would not recommend it if you require a high level of accuracy in pipetting.
My only problem is finding a pipette that isn't as expensive as it should be.
The broken part has been there for three months. Pipette is a horrible product. Two is better than one. It took about three months for both of them to break. The product is not suggested for purchase.
